Andreas Kozma - Chief Executive Officer & Founder, has extensive industry experience in the areas of internet and enterprise computing as well business consulting. Andreas has an MBA and a Master's degree in Computer Science from the University of Zürich, Switzerland. He has been involved in end-to-end solutions, from the business side to the planning side to the actual design, development, and deployment of projects in the US and Europe. In his previous roles, Andreas has worked for a Hungarian Systems Integrator - IDOM Rt., and Deloitte & Touche Central Europe. During his consulting career, Andreas has worked for iEurope Capital, a venture capital fund focusing on high-tech investments in Central Europe.

Csilla has a software development background and leads the system implementation team. She has a master's degree in IT management and has worked as a developer in France. Csilla communicates with our clients' users extensively to solicit their feedback on how to improve our products and services every further.

Csilla is a passionate swimmer in her (non-existing) spare time.

Csaba leads the development team in Budapest and is heading the Server Technologies Team. He has spent a decade developing web-based enterprise applications in Java and PHP before joining ANSIS. 

Csaba is married with two children and enjoys mountain biking in his spare time. He also bikes to the office from his home 25 km away most of the year. 

Cosmin Ghita leads our development office in Oradea, Romania and is also head of the client technologies team. Cosmin graduated from the University of Oradea (computer science) and has joined ANSIS immediately after graduating. He has worked for several IT companies during his study years. 

Cosmin is married with one child and practices kung-fu fighting in his spare time.

Efraim leads the ANSIS IT Management Services arm. He has been working in system administration since graduating from the University of Oradea (mathematics). Efraim's expertise is in data center management and internet-based network topologies.

Efraim is married with two boys and enjoys listening to classical music in his spare time, preferably sung by his wife, a lead singer.
