When you call any of our national access number, you will be greeted with the following text:
"Welcome to ANSIS! Please choose from the following options"
You can then enter any of the following codes:

| * | Switch to English language |
| 2 | New inquiry about our products and services |
| ext | Extension of the person you are trying to reach |
| Conference ext | Extension of the phone conference you wish to join. The number you will have received by ANSIS staff. |
| Project code | Your project code supplied by ANSIS allows you to directly talk to your customer service representative. |
| 3 | Administrative inquiry about invoicing, etc. |
